RecruitNIL collects the minimum data needed to run the platform: account information, deal records, tracking-pixel events, and compliance artifacts. We do not sell personal data.
1. What we collect
- Account identity (from Clerk).
- Profile data you enter (athlete stats, social handles, etc.).
- Deal records and payments.
- Aggregate ROI/analytics events.
- Legal-acceptance records (Terms, Platform-Not-Agent, Privacy).
2. Minors
We require a verified parent/guardian account for every athlete under 18. Parents can delete their athlete’s account at any time.
3. Your rights
California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at privacy@recruitnil.com. We respond within 45 days.
